that = 's making me upset and unhappy. Some people can be so dishonest and they are out there to take advantage of the good cleaner.
Most complaints and claims directed toward cleaning companies are not from damage caused by cleaning technicians that has to be made clear. It is very very hard to ruin something by cleaning it today.
The most common cause of re-services, refunds, and expensive replacements occur when customers either are not aware of pre-existing damage or need to blame it on someone, or have an expectation of cleaning higher than can be reasonably delivered and want to pin it on the poor cleaning technician that has worked hard this is just not right.
Rips, tears and holes in area rugs may seem very obvious to the technician, but are often overlooked by the customer. Common examples include cat scratches, split seams, pulled fringes by the customers vacuum beater bar most likely.
Carpet and area rugs can tolerate a lot of abuse.
We are especially careful with our promises when we encounter pet stains, ink, water stains, and yellowing. These stains are difficult to remove completely as we like to say we do our best if the client wants more than that they call someone else we don't need the headache. We do notice other cleaning companies making promises that they can remove everything but let's be reasonable here, that just isn't the case.
You want understanding clients not dishonest customers, it is better to just walk away from a dishonest customer who want to put the blame on you, we don't need people like that so just let them keep their money they are more trouble than they are worth let them go to our competitors :)
